We’re pumped to announce that Swivel’s Guarded Mainnet is now live!
After a year of iteration, sweat and hard work on our protocol design and exchange UI/UX, we’re finally live on Ethereum mainnet!
Having promised our supporters that we will be releasing the best fixed-rate product on the market, we have had big shoes to fill…
However, our devs kicked it into overdrive, and with our progress over the past few months we’re finally ready to say that we can provide both lenders and liquidity providers the best possible UX and pricing that a market can provide, and the time for Mainnet has finally arrived!
Introducing Swivel
For those unfamiliar, Swivel is “the protocol for fixed-rate lending and cash-flow tokenization.”
We provide lenders the most efficient way to lock in a fixed rate or trade rates, and LPs the most familiar and effective (~1000x more capital efficient) way to manage their liquidity.
At the core of our protocol, lenders deposit yield-bearing tokens and we split them into their component cash flows, zcTokens (principal redemption), and nTokens (future yield).
Through our exchange, lenders can then sell their nTokens for an immediate fixed-yield, or can buy nTokens to amplify their yields.

The Swivel Guarded Launch Key is an NFT collection distributed exclusively (on Polygon) by the Swivel team to recognize and reward early our partners, early integrators, and discord community!
The Swivel Launch Key NFTs allow us to grant mainnet access to the people that have helped us most!
That said, above all they act as a whitelist of addresses for our mainnet launch and reduce the volatility that new users could experience before liquidity has properly accumulated.
However beyond this gated mainnet access, the Launch Keys also provide a great way for us to celebrate those community members who not only contributed, but kept contributing throughout our development!
How do I snag a Swivel Launch Key?
Starting today, 12/23, Swivel Launch Keys will begin to be distributed to the community members that have helped us most!
Keys will be distributed in waves so if you do not get your key today, don't worry, many keys will be distributed over the coming weeks.

While the primary purpose of the Swivel Launch Key NFT is to provide whitelisted access to our Mainnet, the key also serves as a badge that proves you helped us bootstrap when we needed it most!
