Announcing Swivel-Moji Competition Winners

A curation of the best emoji submissions our community has to offer!

Things are 🔥 heating up in our discord with the best artists in our community having dropped some dank emotes to liven the place up.

With such fire coming out of our community, its finally time to announce the winners of our Swivel-moji competition!

Contest Information:

Entrants had to submit an original piece of emoji content with bonus points for Swivel heat.

If you weren’t highlighted, have no fears! All contributors who made a decent effort will receive rewards scaled by their quality as well as quantity.

Rules:

Maximum submissions: 5 emojis and 3 stickers
Emoji's and stickers should try to incorporate Swivel and/or be useful for our community
All participants will receive USDC rewards
The size of your reward will scale based on the quality of your content
Low-effort submissions and duplicates will not be rewarded

Now onto some of our favorite Swivel-moji entries!

1. Moonchik#8719

Moonchik sets the bar high this time with his reimagined take of some of the most popular emojis on our discord server.

And with first place, a Swivel Pepe emoji that’s so good we used it for the team role!

2. Blackwindow9#2545

Blackwindow made some excellent versions of classic pepes, maybe not the hero we deserved, but hes the hero we needed.

This is another example so good that we actually used it not just as an emoji but also for our Educatoor role as well!

4. Sombrero_show#8229

Sombrero_Show came in with an excellent emoji pack of Swivel-themed entries that were pretty poggers to say the least.

We kek’d a little bit when we saw how good his entries were.

5. Moonchik#8719

Another Moonchik highlight we like the way this entry looks at Swivel.

We love this project too, and it’s great to see content that emphasizes it.

6. Pepa#1572

Lets go! Another one of our favorites packs from Pepa!

While the majority recolors of classics, theres a couple nToken and zcToken emotes we’ll be sure to use.

7. Blackwindow9#2545

Last but not least another great entry by Blackwindow with the Swivel :yay: Pepe.

Gotta imagine he’s just as happy about the launch of the $SWIV token as we are.

Governance Update: Incentives & Liquidity

With one month of liquidity provision and incentives under our belt, we’ve identified a couple pain points that are now a priority to address!

We would like to move forward as soon as possible with proposed changes, so get your comments in ASAP.

Governance Update: Fees & Swivel Security Module 🛡️

Further, with around 300m in USDC traded since our launch on February 10th, we’ve generated around 60,000 USDC in fees.

With that said, its now time to formalize the exact implementation for the SSM, with some potential models including:

Fee distribution
Buyback and distribute SWIV
Buyback and burn
